Was very excited to be teaching yoga while at training. Was even more excited to see how many Cameroonians enjoyed it as well, we even had a few regulars! Here are some photos taken by another Peace Corps volunteer, if you look to the left you even find Tata! Yogis in NYC can be so picky about their space, their yoga clothes, etc. Here, no mat, no yoga clothes, no problem! People made do with what they had and they were happy. Honestly, its not me, its the power of YOGA! With all the stress of training and adapting to a new country, it was a nice opportunity to decompress, even for me.
